- The brand of vehicle used will vary. A maximum of 7 people per booking.The Vehicle will be allocated based on the number of person.
- Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above,children will be charged the same price as adults

- • Pick up time will be advised by the customer according to there flight time.We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3 hours prior ( Abu Dhabi Hotel) to the plane departure (default pick up time). • Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby.It is the customer's responsibility to advise the driver about the right terminal of departure at the time of transfer. • Kindly make sure that you have booked the infant seat if you have a child below 5 years. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Cancellation Policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 1000 days or less before the event
