Embarking on a private excursion from my camp in Wadi Rum Village to the breathtaking Petra was an exhilarating experience. The contrast between the dramatic landscapes of the wadi and the ancient beauty of Petra left me in awe. I particularly loved exploring Little Petra, where I found fewer crowds and an intimate glimpse of history. However, the drive took a bit longer than expected, which cut into my time at the main site. Overall, this journey was a perfect blend of adventure and cultural immersion, making it a highlight of my trip.

Exploring the intricate rock formations at Little Petra felt like stepping back into history, and we loved the quiet charm of the site compared to its busier counterpart. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the journey from Wadi Rum Village enjoyable, though we wished for a bit more time to soak in the stunning views at the main site.
