However, the drive felt a bit long, and we wished for a little more time to soak in the views before heading back.

We had high hopes for our day exploring the remarkable sites, and for the most part, it delivered. The highlight was definitely wandering through the intricate passageways and breathtaking views at the larger site; it felt like stepping back in time. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, which really enhanced our experience, but we did find the journey a bit longer than expected. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch after exploring the little site, which was a nice way to recharge. Overall, this excursion gave us a unique glimpse into the area’s rich history, and we left feeling fulfilled.

Exploring the ancient wonders of Petra was an unforgettable experience for us, especially the breathtaking views of the Treasury. Although the ride from Aqaba was longer than we anticipated, our guide shared fascinating insights about the area that kept us engaged. We loved the quieter charm of Little Petra, which felt like a hidden gem compared to the more popular site.
