Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights, the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Dubai Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3 Departure Point: After collecting your luggage on the belt and pass the customs points, you will be met by Orient Tours uniformed airport representative who will be waiting with a paging board with the Lead Passenger's name. All Orient Tours Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an Orient Tours Logo.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event

Navigating the chaos of the airport in Dubai can be overwhelming, but the private transfer service made the transition to my hotel quite smooth.
