Wandering through the lush greenery was a highlight for us, especially when we spotted the fascinating wildlife hidden among the trees.

Our experience at the Pomac Forest and Sican Museum was truly memorable, with a mix of history and nature that we loved. The drive to the forest was smooth, and we appreciated the informative guide who shared insights about the area’s rich culture and biodiversity. Exploring the forest’s trails offered a great opportunity to see local wildlife, and the calm atmosphere was refreshing. At the museum, we found the Sican artifacts fascinating, particularly the intricate gold pieces that told stories of Peru’s past. One minor drawback was the limited time we had to explore the museum thoroughly, as we could have easily spent longer admiring the exhibits. Overall, the adventure was a perfect blend of exploration and education, making it an excellent choice for a day out in Chiclayo. We left feeling more connected to the local heritage and nature.
