We had a lovely time exploring a butterfly sanctuary and cruising along the river together. The vibrant colors and delicate movements of the butterflies were mesmerizing, and we spent ages just watching them flutter around. The river adventure was peaceful, but we felt the boat could have been a bit more spacious for our comfort. Overall, it was a great way to immerse ourselves in nature, and we appreciated the knowledgeable guide who shared interesting facts along the way. Just a few more amenities would have made the experience perfect!

Exploring the Pilpintuwasi Butterfly Farm was a highlight of my day; walking among the vibrant butterflies felt like stepping into a living painting. The river adventure that followed offered stunning views and the thrill of spotting wildlife, although I wish I had more time to linger at certain spots. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, which added depth to the experience, yet I found the pace a bit rushed at times. Overall, I left Iquitos in Peru with beautiful memories and a newfound appreciation for this unique ecosystem.
