It is essential to note that the information desk is the designated meeting point, and you should arrive there only after you have parked and are ready to start the tour. If you have trouble finding parking space, please search "Parking Virpazar" on Google Maps. To ensure a smooth check-in, please have your reservation QR code ready. You can find it in the app or on the voucher emailed to you upon reservation. If conducting the tour is unsafe, we will either reschedule it for another day or issue you a full refund. You will be promptly informed of any changes.
