We recently joined a bike tour that took us through not just the famous sites of Rome in Italy, but also some tucked-away gems that we would have missed otherwise. Pedaling alongside the Tiber River as the sun began to set created a magical atmosphere, with the warm glow illuminating the iconic landmarks in a way that felt almost surreal. The bikes were comfortable, which allowed us to really enjoy the ride, although we did find a couple of the routes a bit crowded with tourists. It was a lovely way to see the city, but we wish there had been more time at the hidden spots to soak in the charm without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that added a special touch to our time in Rome.

Exploring Rome’s iconic landmarks on a bike was a magical experience, especially as the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the Colosseum. While most of the hidden gems I visited were stunning, the guide occasionally rushed us through some spots, making it hard to soak in the beauty.

Pedaling through the cobbled streets as the sun dipped below Rome’s skyline felt truly magical. I loved discovering hidden gems like a quaint gelato shop tucked away from the tourist crowds, though the bike could’ve used a bit more air in the tires.
