Exploring the vibrant streets of Little Havana was a delightful escape from our busy work schedule. We particularly enjoyed stopping at a local café where we sampled traditional Cuban sandwiches bursting with flavor, paired with strong, aromatic coffee that could compete with anything from Havana itself. The guide shared fascinating stories about the area’s rich culture and history, making each bite feel even more meaningful. One suggestion for improvement would be to include an additional stop at a local market to further savor the authentic culinary delights of the neighborhood. Overall, it was a refreshing way to experience a slice of Cuban culture right in the heart of Miami.

The two hours I spent in Little Havana were a feast for the senses, with the lively atmosphere and the soulful sounds of Cuban music wrapping around me. I especially loved stopping by the iconic Domino Park, where locals gathered to play and share stories, giving me a taste of the culture beyond just food. While the authentic Cuban delights I tried were fantastic, I wish the guide had shared a bit more about the history of the dishes I sampled.
