The journey from Tbilisi Airport to the city center takes around 30 minutes, from Kutaisi Airport to Tbilisi approximately 3 hours (250 km or 155 miles), and from Batumi Airport to Tbilisi about 5 hours (380 km or 235 miles).

    We will arrange your transfer from your hotel in Tbilisi to the airport. The journey from Tbilisi city center to Tbilisi Airport takes approximately 30 minutes, while the drive to Kutaisi takes around 3 hours (250 km/155 miles), and to Batumi Airport about 5 hours (380 km/235 miles).

    What to Bring

    • Ladies need to wear head scarves and dresses in Georgian orthodox churches. Short trousers for men are also forbidden. Scarves and dresses can also be found near church entrances for men and women to enter churches. 
    • Comfortable shoes are recommended.

      Diving into the heart of Georgian culture was the highlight of our journey. One evening, we found ourselves sipping velvety red wine from Kakheti while gazing at the stunning backdrop of Kazbegi, and the sunset painted the mountains in hues of orange and pink—absolutely magical! Our accommodations in Tbilisi were cozy and perfectly located, allowing us to easily explore the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Though the itinerary was packed with amazing sights, we did feel a bit rushed at times, especially during the wine tastings. Still, the friendly guides made every moment enjoyable and shared fascinating stories about their heritage. Overall, it was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in the charm of Georgia, and we’re already dreaming of our next trip back!
