The camel trek through the Merzouga dunes was a highlight of my three-day journey, offering breathtaking views that exceeded my expectations. I found myself captivated by the stunning landscapes, especially during sunset when the sands illuminated in vibrant hues. However, the long hours of travel between stops were a bit tiring, and I sometimes wished for more time to explore the local culture in Fes.

Our adventure from Fes to Marrakech was truly memorable, especially as we trekked through the stunning landscapes leading to the Merzouga dunes. Riding camels was a highlight, giving us a unique perspective of the vast, golden sands and the serene beauty of the desert at sunset. However, there were moments when the schedule felt a bit rushed, particularly when transitioning between locations. We particularly enjoyed spending the night in a desert camp, where the starry sky felt like a million miles away from the bustling streets of it. Overall, it was a wonderful escape that offered us a mix of adventure and tranquility, even with a few minor hiccups along the way.
