We had a wonderful time immersing ourselves in the local culture and learning about the fascinating pre-Inca tombs, all while enjoying the charming presence of alpacas along the way. The only downside was that our transportation could have been a bit more comfortable, but the guide’s enthusiasm made up for it and kept us engaged throughout the journey.

Exploring the ancient tombs at Sillustani was a fascinating journey into pre-Inca culture, and we were captivated by the stories shared by our guide. Interacting with the local alpaca farmers added a delightful touch, allowing us to appreciate their way of life amidst the stunning landscapes. While the three-hour duration felt a bit short to fully soak in everything, the experience genuinely sparked our curiosity about the region’s rich history.
