Then we can nvisit the Marubi Museum (Optional) (master photographer of the end of 19th century) which houses an exposition of old prints. He took the first photograph in the Balkans in 1856. Marubi has left a wealth of 500 000 glass negatives. The selection of prints we will view, show people and life of the area nearly 2 centuries ago.
In Lezhe we will see the mausoleum of Skanderbeg, the national hero of the Albanians. He was buried inside the church of saint Nicholas.

Our journey through Shkoder, Lezhe, and Kruje was a delightful blend of culture and nature, particularly when we stood at the summit of the Kruje Castle, soaking in the panoramic views. The transportation between the three locations was well-organized, allowing us to absorb the surrounding landscapes without feeling rushed. While we appreciated the rich history shared by our guide, the pace felt a bit hurried at times, leaving us wanting to linger a little longer in each charming village.

While the pace felt a bit rushed at times, we were still able to soak in the vibrant atmosphere and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding us.
