Exploring Jabal Akhdar was a highlight for us, with its breathtaking views and terraced farms that made the hike worthwhile. The ancient forts in Nizwa surprised us with their rich history, and we enjoyed wandering through the bustling souk, where the scent of spices filled the air. While the drive from Muscat was longer than we anticipated, the sights along the way—especially the lush greenery at Birkat Al Moz—were truly picturesque. One minor drawback was the pace of the tour; we wished we had a bit more time to soak in each location. Overall, this adventure offered a fantastic glimpse into Oman’s hidden gems, leaving us with unforgettable memories.
