About This Tour

5 days 4 nights experience in the Chilean Patagonia. We will be waiting for you at the Punta Arenas airport and we will help you with the transfer from the bus terminal to the city of Puerto Natales. It is recommended to arrive in Punta Arenas at 18:00hrs as the last bus leaves at 19.00hrs for Puerto Natales. 

A guide will be waiting for you at the bus terminal in Puerto Natales to help you with the transfer to your hotel in the city. 

During the second day we will pick you up from the hotel in the morning to go to a famous cave called Milodon. There you will be able to take pictures and prepare for the next stop, Torres del Paine National Park. At this place we will take a walk and visit several viewpoints. We will go for lunch and afterwards you will be able to enjoy some free time in Patagonia. In the afternoon we will return to the hotel in the city of Puerto Natales.

On the third day we will visit the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers and sail through Patagonia and have a Patagonian lunch. During the afternoon we will take you to the hotel to pick up your luggage and take you to the bus terminal to Punta Arenas. You will be waiting at the place to take it to the hotel in the city.

On the fourth day we will leave the hotel early to go to the port and where we will leave for Magdalena Island, a place that has many penguins and where you can take pictures and be very close to them. We will sail for about 1 hour through the Strait of Magellan.

The last day will be the transfer from the hotel to the airport in Punta Arenas.

    Day 1 Patagonia 5 days /4 nights

    WHAT TO EXPECT:
    Transfer from the airport of Punta Arenas to the hotel Puerto Natales. 
    Meeting place at the airport of Punta Arenas. Transfer to the city to board a regular bus to the city of PuertoNatales (247 Km. / 03:00 hrs. Trip).

    Day 2 Full day Torres del Paine National Park and Milodon Cave Natural Monument.

    Breakfast Between 07:30 and 08:30 approximately (depending on the season) departure from your hotel to start the full day excursion that will take us first, to the "Milodon Cave" (Natural Monument) and then to the National Park "Torres del Paine" where we can observe the beautiful Paine mountain range and lakes such as"Sarmiento", "Nordenskjold" and "Pehoe". A short walk will take us to the "Salto Grande", a powerful waterfall that is part of the park's hydrographic network. Then, returning to the main road, you can access the administrative headquarters of CONAF, to continue towards the "Gray Lake". The service includes a lunch menu. Finally, at approximately 7:00 pm, the return to your hotel is stipulated.

    Day 3 Navigation to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers.

    Between 07:30 and 08:15 hrs approximately (depending on the season), departure from your hotel to the local pier to begin the sea excursion to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers. This navigation lasts 4 hours to the Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, where these 2 glaciers are located. 
    During the trip we can observe colonies of sea lions, cormorants, waterfalls and abundant condors of native forests from the boat. Once in the park we will admire from the boat the Balmaceda glacier that is in continuous change. 
    Later we will arrive at the pier of Puerto Toro, from where we will begin a short walk towards the Serrano glacier. A "Patagonian lunch" is included in Estancia Perales. Atapproximately 5:30 p.m. We will return to the Puerto Natales town . 
    Transfer to hotel to collect luggage and immediatly transfer to the bus terminal. At 7:00 p.m. regular bus will be boarded to Punta Arenas (3 hrs trip). Reception and transport to your hotel.

    Day 4 Marta and Magdalena Islands Tour

    At 06:45 hrs (AM) or on schedule to confirm transfer to office to check-in, then be transferred to the boarding point located in the Laredo Sector, 24 kms north of the city. From there it leaves for 30 to 45 minutes of navigation through the waters of the Strait of Magellan, we will arrive to Marta Island and then to Magdalena Island. The eco system that make up the two islands makes the visit of both mandatory. Marta Island is home of thousand sea lions, in addition to Cormorants, Skuas, Southern Gulls, Antarctic Pigeons and Marine Elephants. Magdalena Island houses and allows you to interact with one of the largest colonies of Magellanic Penguins, exceeding 150,000 birds. During the navigation it is possible to see Southern Dolphins and Overas Toninas. For reasons of wildlife protection, only Marta Island is circumnavigated to admire and photograph the Colony and the diversity of seabirds in the area. On Magdalena Island you can disembark about an hour, to walk and interact with the colony as well as visit the lighthouse of the place. Subsequently, return to the office and then to the hotel.

    Day 5 Transfer from the hotel in Punta Arenas to the airport
