As a solo traveler, I found this culinary journey through Turkey to be a delightful immersion into the flavors of Adana, Hatay, Gaziantep, and Şanlıurfa. Each meal was an experience of its own, from the spicy kebabs in Adana to the rich meze in Gaziantep, sparking my taste buds in unexpected ways. My only suggestion would be to include a bit more time for leisurely exploration of the local markets, as they are bursting with vibrant colors and aromas that truly reflect the spirit of this incredible region.
