How to Get to COMO Cocoa Island Maldives

Most visitors to the Maldives arrive by plane because of its secluded nature. Two kilometers away from the capital, Malé, is an international airport on the island of Hulhulé. Scheduled and chartered flights fly to the region regularly. You should enquire directly with your local travel agent about the providers available at the time of the year. The southern island of Gan is also home to an international airport. Gan is part of Atoll Addu, which is the southernmost island. The distance between Malé and Gan is approximately 70 minutes.

You do not need to travel by Seaplane as it only takes a 40-minute ride by speedboat to reach COMO Cocoa Island.

By Speedboat

From Male International Airport, get a speedboat ride to the islands. Fast boats most often take less than forty minutes to reach Cocoa Island Maldives and are the cheapest way to reach the island.

For speedboat transfers, the prices are USD 350 for adult transfers and USD 135 for kids between 2 and 11—all children under the age of two travel free of charge. You may also hire a private vehicle for up to four guests. A boat can hold up to 4 passengers for USD 900 per trip and up to 8 passengers for USD 1600 per trip.
