• If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please note that the time shown on the website or on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.
• To confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time, please send an e-mail to internal-tours@robertarrigo.com at least a few days before the date of your activity. Make sure to include your booking reference number in the e-mail.
• Guests lodging within walking distance from Sliema Ferries (from where the boat departs) must always make their own way to the boat and should arrive at the departure point 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema (in the area opposite the Burger King Restaurant). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish Gullet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is the 'Hera'.
• The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller.
• Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
• Non-foldable wheelchairs cannot be transported in vehicles or on the boat.
• Snorkelling equipment is available for hire on the boat.
• Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
• Not recommended for travellers who are prone to sea sickness.
• A cash bar serving some snacks and other beverages is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.
• We suggest bringing some cash with you; the internet connection on the island of Comino is not always stable; therefore, at times only cash payments can be accepted on Comino Island.
• The duration of this activity is approximately 7½ hours; we arrive back at Sliema Ferries at approximately 5:00 PM.
• If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.

Sailing across the sparkling blue waters was the highlight of our day, with the lagoon’s stunning colors leaving us in awe. We appreciated the generous lunch and refreshing drinks that kept our energy up while soaking in the sun. However, boarding the boat felt a bit rushed, which threw us off momentarily, but the rest of the experience made it worthwhile.

The day started with a smooth transfer to the harbor, where we boarded a comfortable vessel that set the tone for our adventure. As we cruised towards the striking lagoon, the vibrant blue hues were truly captivating, making it easy to forget the busy work life. Although the lunch offered was decent, we wished there had been more variety, yet the refreshing drinks kept our spirits high as we soaked in the beauty of the island.

We had a pleasant time exploring the vibrant blue waters and relaxing at the stunning lagoon. The cruise was well organized, with a generous lunch and drinks that kept us refreshed throughout the day. However, the transportation to the boarding point was a bit chaotic, and the boat could have offered a bit more shade for comfort during the trip.
