We appreciated the convenience of having a chauffeur-driven car at our disposal for a day of exploring the city’s charming sights. The visit to the ancient citadel was a highlight, allowing us to soak in the rich history at our own pace. However, we felt there could have been a bit more flexibility with the itinerary, as some of our stops felt rushed towards the end.

Exploring Hue in a private car was an absolute delight; my chauffeur was friendly and well-versed in the city’s history. The vehicle was comfortable, making the eight hours feel more like a leisurely journey than a tight schedule. However, I wish that the driver had offered more insights at some of the stops, as I felt a bit disconnected from the vibrant tales of the city’s past.
