Cafayate
You will start the tour by being picked-up in your hotel in Cafayate and you will pass by the Cafayate Artisan Market.
La Yesera
Then, you will be taken to the starting point of the tour: La Yesera, at 30 min from Cafayate on the Route No. 68. There, first generation bikes will be waiting for us to begin the tour. But first, a brief speech by our guides about technical and safety guidelines for proper performance of the activity. We will get in direct contact with nature's hard work, which has left a large testimony, worthy of exploration and study, while we continue to discover details of its geological formations.
Quebrada del Rio de las Conchas
So, we will take a 35 kilometres path through "La Quebrada del Rio de las Conchas", discovering different points of interest like "La Garganta del Diablo", a deep closed canyon and curious formation that received its name because of its reminiscent of a human trachea and "Tres Cruces", an elevated area that serves as a scenic viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the Quebrada de las Conchas, to appreciate its beauty.
Puente Morales
After 35km riding bike, we will come to the Morales bridge, a bridge that became very famous for being one of the locations where one of the scenes of "Relatos Salvajes" (Wild Tales), a well-known Argentinean movie, was filmed. This is the last point.
Cafayate - End of the bike tour
From Morales bridge, we will come back to Cafayate around 1 PM and this is the end of the tour.

Exploring the breathtaking quebrada was the highlight of our ride in Cafayate! We loved the moment we stopped to snap photos of the stunning rock formations, capturing the vibrant hues as the sun dipped lower in the sky. The only downside was that the bike seats could be a bit uncomfortable, but the overall experience of pedaling through such incredible scenery made it easy to overlook.

Cycling through the breathtaking quebrada and soaking in the stunning rock formations felt like a dream come true. While the guided pace was a bit swift for my preference at times, stopping to snap photos of las conchas made it worth it.

Riding through the stunning landscapes of the quebrada was an unexpected highlight of our trip. We were impressed by the vibrant hues of the rock formations, which seemed to shift with every pedal stroke, making for an incredible backdrop. However, the bikes didn’t quite match our expectations in terms of comfort, which made the ride a bit less enjoyable at times.
