Strolling through the vibrant streets, we were captivated by the tantalizing aromas wafting from local stalls, each dish telling its own story. A standout moment was when we tried the sizzling banh xeo, made fresh right in front of us; the crunch was addictive and the flavors were simply unforgettable. While our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, we did feel that a bit more time at the stops would have allowed us to savor the experience even more.

Wandering through the bustling streets of Ho Chi Minh City with a local guide was an eye-opening experience, especially as I tried various authentic dishes from hidden food stalls. I loved sampling the fresh spring rolls and the rich pho that really captured the essence of the city’s flavors. However, the tour did feel a bit rushed at times, which made it hard to fully savor some of the incredible street food and enjoy the lively atmosphere around Ben Thanh Market.
