Why we love it?

This 2-day trek through Peru’s Sacred Valley offers a chance to explore remote Inca sites like Huchuy Qosqo while hiking along the Piuray Pass at 14,100 feet. Starting from Cusco, you’ll travel through Chinchero and Lamay before reaching Ollantaytambo, then continue by train to Aguas Calientes. The highlight is a 2-hour guided tour of Machu Picchu, where you can explore the hilltop citadel independently afterward. This itinerary suits travelers seeking a less crowded route to Machu Picchu, combining trekking with cultural and archaeological experiences across Cusco, Machupicchu, and surrounding valleys.
