Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianzi Mountain
You will start the amazing tour on 8:30am from your zhangjiajie's hotel lobby, then go for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park to start today's adventure, which is not so far from the city and having its name. Here you won’t only hike and enjoy the mountainous nature, but will get a portion of sightseeing thanks to the unique Bailong elevator. The construction was installed here especially for visitors to make the park and its gorgeous scenery even more spectacular for tourists. Experience beautiful scenery during your ride to Bailong Elevator made of see-through glass before using it to ascend to Yuanjiajie Mountain. which is an inspiration for Hallelujah Mountains in the movie, Avatar. Then you will proceed to the Platform of Forgetfulness to admire nearby peak-views before walking across the First Bridge Under Heaven.
Next, you will be taken to visit Tianzi Mountain where Imperial Writing Brush Peaks, Xihai Stone Forest, and other incredible views and scenery await. Your activities for the day will conclude a trip by Tianzi cable car before being sent back to your hotel.
The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie
Taking a morning view of the Enshi Grand Canyon completed with aesthetically pleasing cliffs, caves, streams, and lakes. Take time to observe flora and fauna of this natural museum of the northern temperate zone. Discover everything about another great place of this area – the Grand Canyon. It is even far more magnificent and gorgeous in the morning – so, we’ll get here as early as possible. Take fantastic photos, listen to birds singing in these woods, feel the purest air and wash your hands in crystal-clear lake water – everything of these will be available to our group members.
Slide down to the bottom of the hill where you have the opportunity to cross a half-mile glass bridge (opened on May 1st, 2016). Afterward, visit Baofeng Lake where you can enjoy some locals singing while taking a boat ride on the lake before heading back to your hotel.
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
Enjoy taking the world's longest cable car to the top of Tianmen Mountain, the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie city. Take a ride on the local cable car route – you’ll be interested to know it is the longest on the planet! The landscapes will definitely fascinate you. Enjoy the sights such as the 99-Turn Road and the 999-Step that lead to the gate of Tianmen from up high on a glass skywalk. Later on you will explore a art gallery of sandstone painting to appreciate a new kind of painting style. Finally go back your own zhangjiajie's hotel.
