Itinerary
ITINERARY
After picking you up at your hotel, we will begin a 30-minute vehicle trip to the outskirts of the city of Tarapoto.
- On the way to the Ahuashiyacu Waterfall we will stop at the Cerro Escalera natural viewpoint to take some photographs of the mountain range that surrounds the valley. This place is where you can enjoy its incredible views and take one of the most iconic photos of Tarapoto.
- Once at the entrance to the waterfall, we will walk for 15 minutes to reach the waterfall where we can bathe and rest for a moment. The Ahuashiyacu waterfall is one of the most visited natural attractions in the entire San Martín region. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to learn about an ancient indigenous legend that explains the origin of this natural wonder.
Later, we will begin the return to Tarapoto, where the tour ends.
