Step 1
At 18:00 we’ll pick up at your hotel, and then head to the Water Puppet Theater. There you’ll enjoy a truly wonderful puppet show that is performed in a pool of water with the water surface serving as the stage! The show’s musical background is provided by a contemporary orchestra accompanied by solo vocalist and professional musician instruments.
Watching the show, you will learn more about the Vietnamese rural folklore and various rural concepts and superstitions. Many of these programs, especially those involving the tales of day-to-day living, often have a trick ending with humorous twist …
After show
we’ll take you to Bach Dang wharf by “Xich Lo” – the most popular transportation means in Vietnam in the past but is now a representation of the Vietnamese way of life. You shall have a relaxing dinner aboard a dazzlingly decorated Riverboat. You’ll enjoy real Vietnamese foods while cruise along the Saigon River – entertained by a live band playing Traditional Vietnamese Music – while Saigon’s nighttime skyline floats quietly by to provide the perfect mood for your after-dinner drinks … At 21:00 the boat will return to Bach Dang Wharf and you’ll be driven back to your hotel.
Get back to the hotel about 21:30, the tour ends.
