Day 1

Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

  • Pick up at 7:00 AM from your Nairobi hotel or the airport and drive to Lake Nakuru via the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. Drive to Lake Nakuru arriving for a morning game drive before lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara National Reserve

  • After breakfast at Lake Naivasha depart for Maasai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. This is one of the most popular game reserves in Kenya because of the abundance of wildlife as well as its vastness not to mention the captivating drama of survival for the fittest instinct in the animal kingdom. Maasai Mara National Reserve Full Day
  • Spend the full day exploring Mara in search of the Big Five

    Spend the full day exploring Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sited at the banks of Mara river. Optional: In the evening, Visit the Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour at USD 20. Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Maasai people. A overnight at the Masai village can be organized upon request. A balloon safari at USD450 per person can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration.

  • Have an early morning game drive before breakfast

    Have an early morning game drive before breakfast. Leave for Narok town where you have lunch and on to Nairobi arriving at around 1700hrs. Drop off at your Nairobi hotel or the airport
