Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is home to thousands of aquatic animals, comprising over 140 species. Over 400 Sharks and Rays live in our 10 million litre tank, including Sand Tiger Sharks, Giant Groupers, and a host of other marine species. A series of carefully designed experiences will allow our visitors to come face to face with our aquatic residents for memorable moments with friends and family.

You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “Dubai Aquarium” ticket counter.
You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Dubai Aquarium entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
Guest will have the access only to the option selected , Guests must be come 30 minutes before the scheduled/reservation time.

If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to Dubai Aquarium at Dubai Mall , located inside the Dubai Mall, close to the Burj Khalifa.
Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Dubai Aquarium.
Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Dubai Aquarium visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time.
The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.
