The Grand Tour of Dubai Opera includes not only tales and secrets about the venue's backstage areas, mirrors of its dressing rooms, trap room, and the rarely seen seat storage area when the Auditorium transforms into flat floor mode, but also its unique history and breath-taking design, sculptures, and artworks created exclusively to adorn the Venue.

  • You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “Dubai Opera" ticket counter.
  • You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
  • Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Dubai Opera entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
  • You can enter only at the time slot you choose, once inside, you can stay for as long as you like
  • The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
  • Tours depart from the Plaza Box Office. It is advisable to arrive on time. Customers arriving late may not be accommodated on tour or refunded. Tickets purchased on a specific time/day are only valid for that.
  • Dubai Opera is a working building, so the content of the tours may vary. Due to events, some areas may occasionally be closed or restricted access. You are required to purchase a ticket for all children over 2 years old. ( Child age from 2 - 15)
  • If Burj Khalifa + Dubai Opera Combo option is selected, Please present this to At the Top tickets counters located on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Kindly access The Dubai Mall through Level 1 of Cinema car park (Section M). If you selected the COMBO product , Please make sure you have read the instructions provided for that specific option
  • Guests must always keep their personal belonging with them. Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Dubai Opera. Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Dubai Opera visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.
