Itinerary
Choose pick up point in Reykjavik
You will start your Icelandic adventure from the convenient pick-up locations around the city. Pick up starts at 08:30 and can take up to 30 min.
Thingvellir National Park
Start with a scenic drive to Þingvellir National Park. Here was the parliament of Iceland held when it was established in the year 930 and the yearly meetings continued until 1798, when it was moved to Reykjavik. The huge rift valley was created by the drift of the mid-Atlantic ridge. Due to this geological importance and historical significance, Þingvellir was inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2004.
Geysir
Continue to Geysir geothermal area with its colorful deposits of yellow sulfur, the red oxidized iron rocks, and light grey deposits of Silica. Witness Strokkur erupting every 4-8 minutes, shooting water up to 25 meters into the air, while the original Geysir remains dormant. This dramatic display of nature's power is a sight you won't forget.

Langjökull Glacier Adventure
To the Glacier: We set our course to Langjökull, known as the 'Long Glacier'. With every turn, a fresh, mesmerizing sight emerges. While this majestic location was inaccessible in the past, our Gigantic Red Monster Glacier Truck now provides a smooth and safe journey.
Stories Along the Way: Listen to our knowledgeable guides and their interesting facts about glaciers, local stories, and folklore.
Fun on the Glacier: Enjoy the view of the Langjökull Glacier and soak up the atmosphere. Show off to your friends and play Glacier Golf and/or sled (depending on snow conditions) down the snowy hill for some fun! Taste the freshest water straight from the glacier and enjoy some hot cocoa and tea at our pop-up glacier café. Be sure to try the Jökla liqueur and the classic Icelandic pastry “Kleina”.
Photographer's Paradise: Everywhere you look is a perfect photo moment, so you'll have great memories to take home after the trip.
Gullfoss Meeting Point: We head back to Gullfoss waterfall to meet your bus that will bring you back to Reykjavik.

Marvel at Gullfoss, the 'Golden Falls', that cascades into a deep gorge. Hear the roaring sound of the waterfall and feel the mist on your face. Sometimes you can see rainbows in the water spray.
Back to Reykjavik
After an unforgettable day of adventure, we’ll relax aboard our comfortable minibus for a scenic journey back to Reykjavík—what a day to remember!

- Activities are subject to weather and conditions on the glacier. We reserve the right to cancel or modify activities due to glacier conditions.
- Booster seats are available, please book.

- Pick up starts at 08:30. Look for the Arctic Adventure marked Minibus/Superjeep.
- The Golden Circle Tour part is operated by our partners Arctic Adventures by Driverguide, narrated during the drive and giving time for guests to explore the sights Thingvellir, Geysir & Gullfoss on their own
- The operation of this tour depends on the conditions of the glacier. Due to sudden and unexpected weather changes, the monster truck experience might be canceled after the tour departs from Reykjavík
- Bring with you some snacks/packed lunch and water. While we stop along the way at Geysir to buy food before boarding the Monster Truck, but there might be limited time for that.
- Tasting water from the glacier might not be available depending on conditions on the glacier.
