- Morning Ferry timings 08:30 & 10:30am / Afternoon Ferry timings 13:30 & 15:30
- Normally ferry departs Phuket from Rasada Pier. At Phi Phi piers used are at Tonsai and Laem Tong
- The ferry ride is approximately 90 minutes long in duration
- Complimentary Transfers to/from Patong Town, Patong, Kata or Karon Beach only. You will be able to arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Transfer surcharge - 1000-baht per van/per way for transfers from Layan, Naithon, Maikhoa, Ao Por, Yacht Haven Marina, Paresa Resort, Ao Sane Beach, Keemala and Phuket Airport
- Transfer surcharge - 150-baht per psgr/per way Merlin Beach, Thavorn Beach Village, TriTrang BeachRawai, Naiharn, Surin, Kamala, Bangtao, Cape Panwa, Naiyang, Boat Lagoon, New Bus Terminal and Bypass Road
- If your transfers require any additional charge, you must pay an additional surcharge directly to the driver.
- Should your travel plans change after booking, do not worry. I Asia Thailand will do all possible to change your booking to fit with your new travel arrangements free of charge.

- Weather and sea conditions determine whether you may dock at the Pier at Phi Phi Don or take a long tail boat to the island.
