Pyramids Sphinx Camel Ride
The tour begins by exploring the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will visit the Pyramid of Cheops (The Great Pyramid of Giza), the largest pyramid in the world.
Note : Additional optional activities for this Trip are entering into one of the pyramids and/or visiting the Solar Boat museum next to the Great Pyramid. Your guide will remind you and potentially provide you with the ticket.
1 -Camel ride
From here you will continue on camel-back into the desert and to a panoramic vantage point on all three pyramids.
2 -Pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos
Continue your tour with visits to the Pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos. Learn the architectural significance and fascinating history of these magnificent structures.
3 -The Great Sphinx
Afterwards, continue on toward the Great Sphinx. The Sphinx has the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body and dates back to the time of Chephren. This sphinx was made to guard the pyramids of King Chefren. Next, visit the Valley Temple which belonged to the Pyramids of Chephren. The temple acted as a place for the purification and mummification process of the king before burial.
