Home to the Caribbean’s finest dinning and exquisite restaurants, join us and experience St Maarten’s ethnic sounds, smells and tastes, on a culinary culture delight!
Off to Phillipsburg Boardwalk, offering lovely shops and spectacular beach and harbor views. At a local beach restaurant along the boardwalk, devour your choice of Ribs with Peas & Rice/French Fries and Plantain, or Crab Cakes with Peas & Rice/Fries and Plantain, accompanied with wine, beer or soda pleasing your taste buds. Let the beach views, Island beats, and exotic tastes transport your senses.
Wellness Stop
Thereafter, enjoy the Caribbean European architecture and culture as you venture through to the Dutch St. Maarten’s Capital Philipsburg to visit the wellness store for a local must have, where you can be rejuvenated by natures healing fresh coconut as it is sliced and prepared in front of your eyes. There, you may explore and purchase locally branded wellness products as souvenirs of your trip.
Local Heritage Restaurant
Next, allow an array of authentic flavors and native cuisines awaken your senses, on your next exploration, in the heart of one of French St Martin’s first and local towns, at a world known local favorite restaurant- Yvettes. There, a choice of island delicacies; conche and johnny cake sampler or chicken brochette and johnny cake, awaits you in a quaint and old-style local heritage point!
