ITINERARY
Our lessons are offered to everyone : youth and adults + all skill levels.
Our lessons will work on your techniques to improve your paddling, positioning, and body balance.
For those who have previous surfing experience our lessons will be tailored to your skill level.
The first part of the class is warm up, stretching and ground simulation.
Afterwards the instructor will help and correct the student for 1 hour at sea.
