Itinerary
For our main course
we'll head to a local family-run restaurant where we'll try some hearty and flavorful dishes.
you'll learn how to prepare classic dishes like dakos, a salad made with barley rusks, tomato, and feta cheese. You'll also learn how to make stuffed vine leaves, slow-cooked lamb, and other specialties that have been passed down through generations.
