Itinerary

Aracaju

The cultural tour takes place both in the morning and in the afternoon with departure at 09:00 and 14:00

Calçadão da Praia Formosa

We begin our tour on the beach boulevard, here we will have the contrast of the beach and the city. We will start by seeing the space where the people exercise, enjoy their free time and where the sea greets us to come with us on this tour.

Aracaju City Park

We will arrive at the northern part of Aracaju, where the Jose Rolemberg Leite Park is located. Here are two attractions of the city, the first is the mini-zoo where we can see different species of lions, macaws, and quatis. The second attraction is the cable car that offers us a panoramic view of the park and the city. It is a short but very interesting circuit.

Municipal Markets Antonio Franco

We will pass through a complex that offers us a combination of culture, gastronomy and art. This market was restored to bring us the old to the modern. This space brings us closer to the gastronomy of the region such as tapioca flour, cheese, rapaduras (hardened brown sugar) and various types of cashew nuts, we can taste the local fruits, and we will have the opportunity to buy local crafts to take a souvenir of Aracaju. All this can be enjoyed accompanied by a sanfona, played by local artists.

Sergipana People's Museum

Our last stop is one of the last museums opened in the city. Since 2011 the city has a technology museum focused on the exhibition of material cultural heritage, the museum has several exhibition spaces and temporary exhibitions. This space pace also hosts cultural events that are already part of its calendar. At the end of this visit that will leave us full of the knowledge of the people of Sergipe, we will return to the hotels.
