from prince albert to oudtshoorn

    Today, the Little Karoo is recognized for its stunning landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and vibrant communities. It remains an important agricultural region while also being a popular destination for tourists seeking to experience its natural beauty and cultural heritage. The area is characterized by its unique flora and fauna, including the famous Karoo succulent plants, and offers opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the rich history of the region.

Oudtshoorn -Knysna

  • travel over the Outeniqua pass via George and wilderness to Knysna. enjoy a lagoon cruise to the featherbed nature reserve, where you can take a trailer ride to the top of western head to enjoy panoramic views to the town and lagoon, returning for lunch under the milkwood trees. The afternoons at leisure. overnight in Knysna.

Knysna- Tsitsikamma

  • travel to Plettenberg bay and visit birds of Eden sanctuary. the biggest single free flight aviary in the world continued to Bloukrans bridge currently offering the highest commercially operated bungy jump in the world. visit the Tsitsikamma national park and storms river mouth [ weather permitting] overnight in Tsitsikamma area

Day 6

Tsitsikamma to port Elisabeth

  • head eastwards along the Tsitsikamma forest to port Elizabeth, enjoy a city tour of port Elizabeth, where the tour ends on arrival, guest may embark on request, at port Elizabeth airport.
