Passport Photo: Ensure your passport has at least 6 months of validity and a blank page

Portrait Photos: 2 recent 3x4 or 4x6 colour photos of yourself with a clear, white background.

PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

To ensure the photos included with your E-Visa application meet the requirements of the government of Vietnam and to avoid unnecessary delays, please follow the following guidelines for both your passport photo and portrait photo:

1. PASSPORT PHOTO Your passport should be placed perfectly parallel to your phone when taken.

All information must be clear and sharp.

Make sure there are no visible shadows or flares.2. PORTRAIT PHOTO Must not be the same photo in your passport.

Must be taken within the last six months.

The photographs must be clear, well defined and taken against a plain white or light-coloured background.

Have a neutral expression or a natural smile.

Keep both eyes open and mouth closed.

A hairpiece or other cosmetic accessory is acceptable if it does not disguise your normal appearance. All eyeglasses must be taken off.

Your shoulders should be visible in the frame.

Both of your ears should be visible, and your hair should not cover your face/forehead.

Make sure there are no visible shadows or flares on the background or your face.

  • This service is only available for Non-Vietnamese, currently outside Vietnam and in 200+ countries.
  • Please select the date you want to begin the application process, not the date you expect to receive your E-visa. Choosing an incorrect date may result in cancellation.
  • The processing time starts from the day we receive all your required information, not the date you choose to begin the application.
  • Since this service involves processing your E-visa application with government authorities, all sales are final and refunds are not possible.
  • Some nationalities may not be applicable for an e-Visa. Please send us a message if you need further information.
