The B1 exhibition hall showcases Shanghai's skyline development since 1840 through a 100-second animation. The Shanghai Center exhibit features the city's architecture with dynamic and static displays. The "Skyscraper Dream" exhibit displays the evolution of the world's tallest buildings up to 2020. The "Gene Bank" reveals the Shanghai Tower's planning, construction, and innovations like sky gardens and dampers.

The Vertical City exhibit uses 3D printing to highlight the building's green and intelligent features. The lobby is accessible via three high-speed elevators, reaching the 118th floor in 55 seconds.
