Französischer Dom
Begin your evening at one of Berlin's most beautiful Christmas markets. Located in the heart of the city, this market is framed by two historic cathedrals and the Konzerthaus Berlin.
Browse the festive market stalls selling handmade gifts, decorations, and delicious German Christmas treats like Glühwein (mulled wine), sausages, and gingerbread. Enjoy the live performances, carolers, and festive lights.
Adjacent to the Christmas market, the Konzerthaus Berlin is an impressive neoclassical concert hall dating back to 1821.
Admire the grand exterior of the building, with its illuminated columns and statues.
Please note that entrance fees are not listed as the interior of the venue is only accessible during concerts or shows, with ticket prices varying depending on the event. the ticket should be purchased separately.

One of the two magnificent cathedrals on Gendarmenmarkt, the French Cathedral was built in the early 18th century for Berlin’s Huguenot community.
Take a walk around the cathedral and marvel at its baroque architecture.

Opposite the French Cathedral, the German Cathedral (Deutscher Dom) is another striking structure on the Gendarmenmarkt square.
Walk around the cathedral and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The cathedral now houses a museum with exhibits on German parliamentary history.

A short walk from Gendarmenmarkt, Bebelplatz is a historical square known for the infamous Nazi book burning that took place here in 1933.
Visit the haunting memorial on the square, a glass panel in the ground showing empty bookshelves, symbolizing the books that were burned. The square is also home to the State Opera and St. Hedwig’s Cathedral.

Stroll along the famous boulevard Unter den Linden, Berlin’s grand historic street lined with trees and impressive buildings.
Enjoy the Christmas lights and festive displays along the street, and take in the views of landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Cathedral as you walk.

End your evening tour at the iconic Brandenburg Gate, one of the most recognizable landmarks in Germany, beautifully lit at night.
Take photos and appreciate the historic significance of the gate, which once symbolized the division of the city and now represents unity.
