Itinerary

Step 1

Start with pickup from your hotel. Travel to the Nairobi National Museum and learn about the history of Kenya through the many exhibitions.

Within the compound, you can also visit Nairobi Snake Park or the Botanical Gardens. The snake park exhibits different species of reptiles found in the country. Spend the last hour of your visit in the botanical gardens and nature trail.

Step 2

Then proceed to Giraffe Centre in Nairobi is an amazing place to visit. It started as a rehabilitation project to rescue the Rothschild Giraffe. There were only 120 giraffes left in a ranch in Western Kenya when the Giraffe Center was founded. The actual non-profit organization is called the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife Kenya. The giraffe centre is managed by the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife (AFEW) which is a conservation education NGO which supports teaching of conservation education in schools through documentaries, organizing inter-schools contests and production of education pamphlets, brochures and posters.

After a break for lunch

enjoy the Bomas of Kenya tribal cultural show which is a combination of music, dance, theatre, fashion, poetry, and comedy.Kenya is a nation rich in culture, which is being threatened by increasing modernity. To combat the loss of this rich heritage, the Bomas of Kenya has put together a series of tribal cultural shows geared towards promoting her rich cultural diversity. It features virtually all of the 42 tribes in the country, coming together from diverse cultural backgrounds. You will be treated to a rich traditional music and dance show at this cultural centre. The greatest excitement is the display of traditional dances, music, and songs being performed in a splendid area
