Itinerary

Step 1

9:00 AM - Pick up from your hotel in Varanasi and embark on a 1.5-hour drive to Chunar. Chunar is an ancient town situated on the banks of the Ganges River, famous for its historic Chunar Fort.

Step 2

10:30 AM - Reach Chunar Fort and start exploring the ancient fort, which was built by the local kings of the Chandela dynasty. Admire the intricate architecture of the fort, which is a blend of Hindu and Muslim styles. The fort is famous for its intricate stone carvings, paintings, and sculptures.

12:00 PM - Lunch break.

Step 3

1:00 PM - Drive to a nearby village and experience the rural life of Uttar Pradesh. Interact with the locals, learn about their traditions and customs, and witness the daily activities such as farming, weaving, and pottery making. You can also visit the local market and purchase some handmade souvenirs.

Step 4

3:00 PM - Visit the nearby Kali temple, which has a beautiful statue of the goddess Kali. The temple is known for its intricate carvings and is a popular destination for pilgrims.

Step 5

4:00 PM - Drive back to Varanasi and drop off at your hotel or any other preferred location.
