Itinerary

Step 1

8:00 AM - Depart from Lucknow: Start your day with an early departure from Lucknow in a comfortable private car/van.

Step 2

11:00 AM - Arrival at Shravasti: After a drive of approximately 3 hours, you will arrive at the sacred town of Shravasti. Your local guide will provide you with insights and information about the history and significance of the place.

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Explore Jetavana Monastery: Begin your exploration of Shravasti by visiting Jetavana Monastery, which was one of the favorite retreats of Lord Buddha. Marvel at the ancient ruins of this historical site, including the meditation halls, monastic cells, and the famous Anandabodhi tree, where Lord Buddha is believed to have meditated.

Step 4

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM - Lunch break: Take a break for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant and enjoy some authentic local cuisine, with recommendations from your local guide. Rest and rejuvenate before continuing your tour.
