Create Your Own Wine Workshop under the Acropolis, Athens

This two-hour winemaking workshop in Athens offers a hands-on experience where you’ll learn to taste and blend your own personalized bottle of wine under the guidance of a qualified sommelier. Set in a stylish wine atelier, the session includes sampling five Greek artisanal cheeses, olives, and rusks as you select grape varieties, experiment with blends, and create a custom label for your bottle to take home. While the Acropolis of Athens is a related landmark nearby, this workshop focuses on the craft of winemaking itself, making it ideal for groups seeking a relaxed, interactive activity in the heart of Athens. Alongside your wine creation, you’ll receive a tasting cheat sheet and a list of wines to deepen your appreciation beyond the workshop.
