- Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a designated representative will greet you at the Arrival Hall, holding a name board with the Lead Traveler’s details. If you are already in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, or Bhaktapur, the representative will meet you at your hotel. They will assist you with the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth transfer to your designated accommodation.
