With the arrivals option, your personal concierge will be waiting for you and your guests with welcoming signage as you exit the plane at Phuket International Airport. From here, you can relax and enjoy all of the amenities of true VIP treatment as you are whisked away to a dedicated fast-track Immigration line for fast entry. As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will already be arranging the collection of your checked bags. Your concierge will fast-track you through Customs and escort you and your guests to your airport transportation into the city. Your expertly-trained concierge hosts are there to ensure your trip is memorable, so feel free to ask for anything to make your vacation that much more exceptional!  With the departure option, complete your check-in at the airline counter then go to the Coral Counter near check-in counter Thai Airways Roll H. After meeting the friendly staff, your personal concierge will escort you to the fast-track immigration line and the VIP airport lounge then assist you with getting settled. Enjoy the many amenities of the departure lounge while you wait for your flight, including television, food and refreshments, Wi-Fi, and even a neck and shoulder massage.
