Itinerary
Day 1

Pick up at 8:00 am to start the tour from visiting Tiananmen Square, the largest city center square in the world which witnessed hundreds of years' Chinese history. Then proceed north along the central axis of Beijing to see the Forbidden City.
Go up the Jingshan Hill to have a panoramic view of the Forbidden City and downtown Beijing. After lunch break, continue to explore Hutongs around Houhai Lake and Nanluoguxiang. Not only you will see some Qing style buildings, but also learn something about local Beijinger's life.
Day 2

Pick up at 8:00 am to see the Great Wall at Mutianyu, one of the most beautiful sections of the Wall in Beijing. You could choose to take the cable car for both ways, or take the chairlift up and toboggan down.
After 1.5-3 hours hike on the Wall, drive back the city to see Nanluoguxiang, a popular shopping place and snack street in Beijing. On either side of the street, it is the real life of local people similar to those hundreds of years ago. Continue to visit Wangfujing, the No. 1 walking street in China. You will see some of the earliest shopping malls in China.
Day 3

Pick up at 8:00 am to visit the Temple of Heaven, the place where the Ming and Qing emperors performed ritual ceremonies. Continue to see the Ming City Wall Ruin Park, the last remaining, and restored section of the 15th-century wall that once surrounded Beijing. You will get inside the arrow tower, the only one opened to public, to see its showpieces and learn the history of old City Gates.
Continue to see Liulichang Cultural Street, the place for making glazed tiles for the Forbidden City in the past. Now it is a famous antique market with many traditional buildings. After lunch, drive to the Panda House see the adorable pandas in Beijing Zoo. Then visit the Summer Palace, the place where Qing Emperors spent their summer time.
