This half-day cooking experience in Chiang Mai begins with a visit to Nong Hoi local market, where you will explore local produce and select fresh ingredients like chicken, prawns, herbs, and vegetables for your class. The hands-on session takes place at Baan Hong Nual on Chiang Mai – Lampang Road, where you'll learn to prepare and cook four traditional Lanna Thai dishes in an open kitchen setting. Along the way, instructors provide guidance on seasonings, utensils, and cooking techniques, and you’ll enjoy your self-prepared meals accompanied by steamed rice.
