- 7.40-8.20: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.30AM or Hanoi Silk Path hotel, 195 Hang Bong street at 7.45AM or Hanoi Embassy hotel, 166 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.20AM to get on the bus

- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

- At an additional price, we offer return transport from/to Hanoi old quarter where you are located in or Hanoi Opera house at 1A Trang Tien street. Please inform us if you want to book transport prior to the start of the tour.
- 8.00 AM is option for who depart from Hanoi & book shuttle bus with additional price – guest can pay on tour directly when pick-up – just email in advance will be confirmed.
- 12.00 PM is option for who depart from the habour without any fee.
