Itinerary

Day 1

Tangier – Chefchaouen

  • welcome to morocco from tangier ,today your 8 days tour will start from the airport of tangier morcco your driver will pick you up from the airport then start your tour the visit first the city of tangier then to The beautiful city of Chefchaouen, whose Berber name means ”horn”, perched beneath mountains of the Rif. Enjoy the view of blue-white houses.

Day 2

Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

  • Depart after having breakfast to Fes

    Depart after having breakfast to Fes. On the road, you will visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis and then continue to Meknes, the modern imperial city, for visiting the old Medina, which is surrounded by a large wall. At the end of day, head straight to your accommodation in Fes where you are going to spend the night.

Day 3

Fes – Fes

  • The whole day

    The whole day is dedicated to visit the city of Fes, the oldest imperial city in Morocco founded in the eighth century by Moulay Idriss II.
    This guided tour will start by visiting the old Medina, a UNESCO world Heritage site, and explore the Medina’s narrow streets with local shops and stalls. The exploration of the old Medina's cultural and historical sightseeing include Bou Inania Madrasa, Al-Attarine Madrasa, Ennajarine Fountain, Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss and Al-Qarawiyyine university – the oldest university in the world.
    After lunch in a local restaurant, you will experience the panoramic view of the whole city of Fes before taking a brief visit to the new part “Fez Al-Jadid”. Then Check-in at a hotel or riad in the evening.

Day 4

Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga Dunes

  • In the morning you leave the subtle of Fes and drive along through the middle Atlas mountains; crossing Cedar forests which are very known all over the world. Cedar is much wanted by woodworkers and it is used for different purposes.
    The drive will continue towards Ifrane, the Switzerland of Morocco, and Azrou, the typical Zayan middle Atlas Berber village. Go on driving along ZiZ valley and through the city of Erfoud, usually by taking a rocky road to reach the desert town of Merzouga. Experience camel trekking, watch sunset before you get warmly welcomed to the desert camp. Get in touch with local guys to know something about their culture and enjoy their traditional music. Spend a fantastic night in a tent.

Day 5

Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

    in the early morning you'll take your camel to watch the sunrise in the dunes that we think it will be the best sunrise of your life , riding back your camels to Merzouga , to get your breakfast and showering in the riad , after that you'll leave to for Rissani , Tinghir , and Todra Gorges , the highest narrowest gorges in the country , after you have your lunch in the heart of the Gorges you'll continue driving to Dades valley where you''l enjoy seeying the monkey toes an amazing rock formations .you'll spend your night in a fancy guest house overlooking the dades valley having your dinner and resting to finish the journy.

Day 6

Dades Valley-Ouarzazate–Ait Ben Hadou–Marrakech

    After you have your breakfast you'll start the trip through the Dades valley the road of the thousand kasbahs , taking your chance to get the best photographic shots of the trip . after that you'll stop in Kalaat Megouna or as you may know it with The Valley of Roses , where you'll visit the cooperative of roses, and if you like to buy some natural rose water that will refrech you face in the heat of the desert.

    then to Ouarzazate city Morocco's center for Hollywood movies where the Cinema mesuem more kasbahs there too . our next stop will be Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah , built in the 19th century by Et Hami El Glaoui ,one of the berber chieftains.

    your journy continue to Marrakech passing by the high atlas mountains pass Tizi-N-Tichka over that 2260m , where you'll have the chance to explore Argan oil producing by the berber women in the cooperative

Day 7

Marrakech the Red city

    after you rested from the desert and have your breakfast in one of the riads , you'll start exploring Marrakech or as it known by the Red city of Morocco and the last imperial city.

    you'll visit the most important sites of historical and cultural interest , including Majorelle Gardens , Kutubia mosque , The Saadian tombs , the Bahia palace ,and El badie palace.

    after you have your lunch at one of the restaurants in the squar , then you'll walk through the old souks and view of hundreds of handicrafts.

    In the evening you'll have your own free time to explore the medina and enjoy the panoramic view of the city.

Day 8

TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT

  • your driver will take you either to your hotel back in Casablca or directly to the airoprt.
