Itinerary

Stop 1

You will see the Baroque Architecture in the old town.

Heiliggeistkirche

Walk by the marketplace.

Visit the famous church in the middle of the old town, which has also been mentioned in the manuscripts from the year 1239.

Heidelberg Castle

You will see the 17th century Heidelberg Castle which is located 80 meters above the Königstuhl hillside.

You will be visiting the Pharmacy Museum of Heidelberg.

Inside visit is possible between 10 am to 5 pm.

Stop 6

Visit the arched shaped old bridge which is situated above the Neckar river.

Stop 7

Walk on the two kilometer long Philosopher’s trail which leads to the holy mountain.

Stop 8

If time permits, we will visit one of the Oldest Botanical Gardens of Germany that was founded in 1593. You will also be learning about its greenhouse collections. (Closed on Saturday's)
